• Pure Home Living update stock availability every Friday from our suppliers. There can sometimes be delays due to shipping and other factors. We will notify you via email if there are any delays to the original estimate.
  • Based on your delivery address, size and weight of, we will choose the best delivery option when your order is due to be dispatched.
  • All delivery dates are an estimate and can vary depending on state and carrier. We will confirm via email the delivery dates and carrier.
  • Some orders will need to be part delivered. You will only pay the one delivery fee if this is to occur. Our customer care team will notify you in this case.
  • Our delivery team will deliver to your room of choice. Pure Home Living will not be responsible for product that does not fit into your premises. Please advise us of any special delivery requirements before we deliver. You will be required to be at the premises unless advised to deliver with authority to leave.
  • If you have a pre-arranged delivery and you are not available when the delivery team arrive, you may be subject to an additional delivery charge and option to arrange another suitable day for delivery.
  • Pure home Living is not responsible for incorrect order details including address and phone number resulting in incorrect delivery.
  • Pure Home Living is not liable for any damage to the property caused by the delivery contractors.





  • If your item is damaged, faulty or missing parts, you will need to contact us immediately. These must be reported with 3 days of delivery. Faulty claims outside the 3 days will be assessed under warranty. When reporting an issue, please tell us exactly what the problem is, include photos and part numbers so we can rectify the issue in a timely manner.   • all order cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation of the total price.

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Pure Home Living is not responsible for any furniture items that do not fit into your property. A refund will not be offered if this occurs. 



  • The goods you purchase come with manufacturer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is broken, faulty or otherwise not compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our Customer Care Team will handle your enquiry appropriately.



  • We reserve the right to inspect all products to ensure we are reasonably satisfied that the faulty product is deemed to be faulty or damaged in accordance with the manufacturer warranty guidelines. Wear and tear or a failure to use manufacture instructions causing damage may result in your claim being rejected.
  • Our products are not designed for commercial use. Manufacturer warranty may be voided if used incorrectly.
  • Pure Home living reserve the right to cancel any order.
